Before transitioning into the financial and insurance industry, Dave established his career within internationally recognized luxury five-star hospitality brands, where he specialized in concierge operations and guest experience management. His years in hospitality allowed him to develop deep expertise in managing diverse teams, overseeing operational workflows, developing innovative projects, managing property-related responsibilities and budgets, and delivering exceptional experiences in high-pressure environments. His background cultivated a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented in fast-paced settings. During his time in the concierge profession, he became a Golden Key bearer and an active member of Les Clefs d'Or Philippines, reflecting his dedication to excellence in hospitality and service.
