Kirt Christensen brings a unique combination of leadership, service, and financial experience to Integrity Independent Financial and Insurance Services.
Before entering the financial services profession, Kirt spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry as a general manager and consultant, working with respected hotel brands including Marriott, Sheraton, and Omni Hotels. That experience shaped a philosophy he still follows today: listen carefully, understand what matters to people, and provide exceptional personal service.
For more than a decade, Kirt has worked as a licensed financial professional, with extensive experience helping public school employees better understand their pensions, retirement benefits, and the decisions that can shape their financial future. His practice focuses on retirement income planning, asset protection and preservation, life insurance, and estate planning.
At the heart of Kirt’s approach is a simple belief: Dreams deserve a strategy. He believes retirement planning is about much more than accumulating money, it is about creating the confidence and financial foundation to pursue the people, experiences, and goals that matter most. His goal is to help clients develop strategies designed to support not simply a successful retirement, but a life of joy and significance.
Outside of work, Kirt enjoys bowling, playing pickleball, attending concerts, and cheering on the Dodgers. Most importantly, he values time with his two children and his involvement in his church, where he serves his congregation as an Assistant Ward Mission Leader.
