Tricia Cruz serves as one of the Executive Assistants at Integrity Financial and Insurance Services, where she plays a key role in supporting daily operations, executive coordination, marketing initiatives, and client communications. Since joining the firm nearly three years ago, she has become an integral part of the team by helping streamline internal processes, manage projects, coordinate events, and assist in the continued growth and branding of the company.
Known for her organization, creativity, and attention to detail, Tricia brings a strong balance of professionalism and adaptability to her role. She works closely with leadership on a wide range of initiatives including website development, marketing campaigns, social media content, client relations, and operational support. Her ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a polished client experience makes her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients Integrity serves.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys traveling, watching documentaries and movies, and exploring new ideas and creative inspiration through storytelling and media.
